What we collect

When you visit erikssonsystems.com, the web server records standard access logs:

• IP address
• User-agent string (your browser and operating system)
• Requested URL and timestamp
• HTTP referrer (the page you came from, if your browser sends it)

These logs are kept for roughly 30 days for security and operational purposes (rate-limit abuse, debugging, intrusion detection) and then rotated. Lawful basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for the secure operation of the site.

What we don't collect

• No analytics platform — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Mixpanel, nothing.
• No tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party tag managers.
• No advertising cookies or retargeting tags.
• No newsletter sign-up — there is no mailing list.
• No contact form on the site that stores your input.
• Webfonts (Geist, Geist Mono) are self-hosted, so loading a page sends no requests to Google Fonts or any other font CDN.

Third-party requests your browser makes

One section of the site embeds a live performance widget rendered server-side by Myfxbook. When that section is on screen, your browser requests an image directly from widgets.myfxbook.com. We attach a no-referrer policy to that request so Myfxbook sees only your IP, user agent and that you asked for the image — not which page you were on. No other third-party service (analytics, CDNs, fonts, fingerprinting) is contacted.

Cookies

Public visitors to this site receive no cookies. Browsing the homepage, system pages, and the rest of the public site sets nothing.

The administrative panel at /control uses three first-party session cookies for sign-in — eriksson_session, eriksson_logged_in, and eriksson_admin. They identify only your admin session, expire after seven days, are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and are not used for analytics, tracking, or advertising.

Outbound links to third parties

The site links out to a small number of services, where their own privacy practices apply once you click through:

• MQL5 — for purchasing systems and reading reviews.
• Myfxbook — for verified live signal data.
• FTMO — for prop-firm payout verification.
• Telegram — for direct contact and the portfolio bundle sale.

None of these outbound links carry referral or affiliate parameters. We do not earn a commission from clicks.

Where the site is hosted and accessed

erikssonsystems.com runs on a single server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Germany (EU). Server access logs and cached site files are stored on this server.

The site operator is resident in Australia. Administrative access to the server — including review of access logs that contain visitor IP addresses — happens from Australia. Under the EU GDPR, Australia is a third country without an EU adequacy decision; the operator relies on legitimate interest in maintaining and securing the site as the basis for this access. No personal data is sold, exported in bulk, or shared with third parties.

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR (EEA visitors) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions, you have rights to access, correction, and erasure of personal data we hold about you. Given how little data is collected, the practical effect is usually limited to access logs containing your IP address.
