What we sell

Eriksson Systems publishes automated trading software ("Expert Advisors", or systems) for the MetaTrader 5 platform. Each system is an executable rule set that runs on your own MetaTrader 5 instance. We do not run trades on your behalf and never have access to your broker account.

Where to buy

Individual systems are sold exclusively through the official MQL5 marketplace. Purchase, payment, licence delivery, activation, and refunds for individual systems are governed by MQL5's own terms and policies. Eriksson Systems is the publisher; MQL5 is the seller of record.

The portfolio bundle (all six systems, sold as a bundle) is sold by direct agreement via Telegram. Payment terms, delivery method, and licence activation are agreed individually with the buyer at the time of purchase.

Refunds

For systems purchased on MQL5: MQL5's refund policy applies. Please contact MQL5 directly for refund requests on individual systems.

For the portfolio bundle: once the licence has been delivered and activated, no refund is available, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. If you are unsure whether the bundle suits you, please ask before purchasing — we'd rather not sell to a buyer who isn't a fit.

EU / EEA buyers: under Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content. Because the portfolio bundle is delivered as immediately-usable digital content, we ask EU/EEA buyers to confirm at purchase that (a) they consent to delivery starting before the 14-day period expires and (b) they accept that this consent waives their right of withdrawal once delivery begins. If you do not provide this waiver, your statutory 14-day right applies and the bundle will not be activated until the period elapses.

Licence and use

A purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the software on your own MetaTrader 5 instances under the activation limits set at the time of sale (typically 5 activations on MQL5). You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software, nor claim authorship of it.

Updates

Customers receive system updates at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product on their original purchase channel. We reserve the right to change a system's logic, parameters, or risk presets when our research warrants it; the goal is always to improve real-world performance, never to extract more revenue from existing customers.

No warranty for trading outcomes

The software is provided "as is". We make no warranty, express or implied, that it will be profitable, fit for any particular purpose, or operate without interruption or error on your specific broker, server, or VPS. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eriksson Systems' total liability arising out of or relating to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any consequential damages.

Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to attempt to circumvent the access controls on the administrative section of this site, scrape it at a rate intended to disrupt service, or use it to host or transmit unlawful content. The site is provided as-is for informational purposes; we may take it offline at any time without notice.

Governing law and disputes

We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. If that fails, the law of the operator's country of residence at the time the dispute arises will govern. This is deliberately portable — the operator may relocate over time, and any dispute should be settled under the law in force where the operator is then resident.

Nothing in these terms removes any non-waivable rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
